Delivery

We aim to deliver your products as quickly as possible.

Is the product in stock and do you order it on office days before 12.00 (PM)? Then you will receive the order the very next office day. Orders over € 50* are delivered free of charge!

*Exclusively applies to the Netherlands. For Belgium and Germany, the minimum amount for a free delivery is € 60. Other countries will always pay shipping costs. More info on the shipping costs.

Are you a business customer? Then other rates apply. More information on placing business orders.

We always try to deliver your order as a single package. Is part of your order not in stock? Then it will be sent after the rest of your order. Of course, you will not be charged for this extra shipment.

Below you will find an overview of the expected delivery times for orders in the Netherlands. The delivery times for shipments abroad deviate.

The above delivery times are indications and are always under reservation. No rights may be derived from these indications. It may occur that the delivery times deviate.

Reasons why delivery times may deviate

We aim to deliver the orders within the indicated 1 office day delivery time. However, sometimes it may be that the delivery time deviates from the indicated time. This can have several causes:

  • The product is not in stock.
  • There is a malfunction in our warehouse.
  • Your order has been delayed at the shipping company.
  • The delivery address is on the North Sea Islands.
  • The delivery address is (temporarily) poorly accessible, e.g. due to an event.
  • Your order has been placed after 12.00 (PM). 
  • The balance on your account is not sufficient, due to which payment cannot be made.
  • Due to holidays.
  • The delivery address is outside of the Netherlands. 

Holidays

During the holidays, delivery times may deviate. Holidays can be week-days, but due to the peaks around the holidays, your order may be delayed. This can cause the delivery times to be a little longer than you are accustomed to.

Delivery abroad

If the package is shipped abroad, there are deviating delivery times. This differs per country. We always aim to deliver your package as soon as possible.  Would you like to have more information about deliveries abroad? Then contact our customer service.
